An easy way for researchers at academic institutions to initiate work with Tercica is to complete the Material Request Form where they can request rhIGF-1 from Tercica for their studies. These requests are reviewed by Tercica's Chief Technical Officer and granted on the basis of scientific merit and availability of material. Completing this form is the first half of the request process. Once your request has been scientifically reviewed, Tercica will inform you of the scientific decision on the proposed study along with the necessary MTA (Material Transfer Agreement) for the requested material(s) if the request is approved.

To assist in the completion of the Material Request Form, you may want to gather all required information before starting to enter data into the request form. The request process need not be completed in a single session; you may save a partially completed request by clicking the 'Save/Exit' button at the bottom of each page. When the Material Request Form is successfully completed, you will receive a Proposal Request ID Number on the final confirmation page, as well as an email confirmation. Please make note of this number for future reference.
